1. Scope

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern all access to and use of this website and any related pages, funnels, forms, applications, content, or digital properties (collectively, the "Site") operated by QR Signature Services, LLC ("Company"). The Site is provided solely for informational, educational, advertising, and referral purposes in connection with notary and remote online notarization ("RON") services. The Site does not itself provide notary, legal, financial, or other professional services. The Site is not affiliated with any governmental authority, including the State of Michigan.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Site, the user ("User") acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms. If User does not agree, User must immediately discontinue use of the Site.

3. Incorporation; Controlling Terms

These Terms incorporate by reference the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Affiliate / Advertising Disclosure. Collectively, these documents constitute the entire agreement between User and Company. In the event of any inconsistency, the provision most protective of the Company shall control.

4. Nature of Platform

The Site is an informational and referral platform only. The Company does not provide notary services, does not act as a notary or RON provider, does not act as an agent or intermediary, and does not control, manage, supervise, or participate in any notarization or transaction between User and any third-party notary or RON provider. The Company is not responsible for any outcome resulting from User interaction with third parties. Nothing on this Site constitutes a notarial act or legal advice.

5. No Professional Relationship

Use of the Site does not create any attorney-client, notary-client, fiduciary, agency, advisory, or other professional relationship. No communication through the Site shall be deemed confidential or privileged. Users seeking notarization services must engage directly with a licensed notary public or RON provider.

6. Affiliate and Advertising Model

The Site operates as a commercial affiliate marketing and lead generation platform. User acknowledges and agrees that (a) the Company may receive compensation based on clicks, submissions, purchases, or other User activity; (b) links may be sponsored or promotional; (c) User may be redirected to third-party websites or platforms; and (d) content, placement, and visibility of third-party notary and RON services may be influenced by compensation arrangements. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, pricing, availability, licensure, legality, or quality of any third-party offering.

6A. No Government Affiliation; No Official Source

The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any federal, state, or local government agency, including but not limited to the Michigan Department of State or any licensing or regulatory authority. The Site does not provide official government forms, filings, or governmental services. Any references to notarization processes, RON procedures, forms, or requirements are provided solely for general educational purposes and may not reflect current law or official requirements.

7. No Endorsement; Independent Third Parties

Any reference to third-party notaries, RON providers, platforms, products, or services does not constitute endorsement or a recommendation that such providers are qualified, licensed, or suitable for User's specific needs. All third parties operate independently. The Company disclaims all responsibility and liability for third-party conduct, services, representations, omissions, errors, licensure status, or outcomes.

8. User Responsibility

User assumes full responsibility for all actions taken based on information obtained from the Site. User agrees to independently verify all information, conduct due diligence regarding any third-party notary or RON provider (including verifying licensure and credentials), and comply with all applicable laws. The Company shall have no responsibility for User decisions or reliance on Site content. User assumes full and complete responsibility for all decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from use of the Site.

8A. No Reliance; Independent Verification Required

User expressly agrees that no information obtained through the Site shall be relied upon as a substitute for independent research, verification of notary credentials, or consultation with a licensed professional. User is solely responsible for verifying all information, including applicable legal requirements, deadlines, document acceptability, and procedures, before taking any action.

9. No Guarantees; Educational Content Only

All content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or applicability of any information. Laws, regulations, procedures, and notarization requirements may change without notice. User assumes all risk associated with use of or reliance on any content.

9A. No Duty to Update or Correct

The Company undertakes no obligation to update, correct, or maintain any content. Information may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate at any time.

10. Acceptable Use

User agrees not to (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; (d) interfere with Site operation; (e) copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit Site content; or (f) violate any intellectual property or other rights.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted except for limited, personal, non-commercial use.

12. Data Practices

All data collection, use, disclosure, and retention are governed by the Privacy Policy. By using the Site, User consents to such practices, including disclosure of information to third-party notary providers, RON platforms, and affiliate partners for referral and marketing purposes.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND AVAILABILITY. THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT ANY THIRD-PARTY NOTARY OR RON PROVIDER IS LICENSED, QUALIFIED, OR SUITABLE FOR USER'S NEEDS.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, FAILED OR REJECTED NOTARIZATIONS, DOCUMENT INVALIDITY, OR RELIANCE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO USE OF THE SITE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY INTERACTION. TOTAL LIABILITY, IF ANY, SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

15. Third-Party Interactions

Any engagement between User and a third-party notary, RON provider, or platform is solely between User and that third party. The Company shall have no responsibility or liability arising from or related to any such engagement, including the outcome of any notarization, document acceptance, contracts, payments, disputes, errors, or services rendered or not rendered.

16. Indemnification

User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to (a) User's use of the Site, (b) User's engagement with third-party notary or RON providers, (c) User's submitted information, or (d) User's violation of these Terms or applicable law.

17. No Obligation; No Monitoring

The Company undertakes no obligation to monitor Site activity, verify information, screen notary or RON providers, maintain records, or enforce these Terms. The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to take any action it deems appropriate.

18. Modification; Termination

The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Site or these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the then-current Terms.

19. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.

20. Arbitration; Jury Waiver

At the Company's sole election, any dispute may be resolved through binding arbitration in Oakland County, Michigan. To the maximum extent permitted by law, User waives any right to a jury trial.

21. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, internet outages, governmental actions, platform outages, or disruptions in third-party services.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with all incorporated documents, constitute the entire agreement between User and Company and supersede all prior understandings.

24. Electronic Acceptance

User's use of the Site constitutes electronic acceptance of these Terms and is legally binding.
